How long will it take to receive my order?
The Collabvent Box is a pre-sale. Your box will ship in November and you will be notified by email with your tracking infomation.
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package has been fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally with the exception of the European Union. Due to recent GSRP (General Safety and Regulatory Product) restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to EU countries at this time.
International shipping times vary by location and may take several weeks. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost.
My package says delivered, but I did not receive it.
Once the item has been shipped & accepted by the carrier, it is out of our control. The buyer is responsible for taking all measures to find a lost package. (This includes reaching out to your local postal office.)
Please also check with neighbors or household members to see if the package was received on your behalf.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase on regular orders.
Please double-check your order and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for nondeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
